World Vision's Savings for Transformation field guide

This Savings for Transformation (S4T) Field Guide has been developed for staff supporting the implementation of S4T activities including Supervisors, Facilitators, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) staff, Community Agents and Partners.

Users will find detailed instruction and resources to create self-selected, independent groups, facilitate training and provide support to propel groups to success. Information is provided in order of use, from consideration of S4T within programming, to design, through implementation and concluding with an overarching FAQ section that can be referenced throughout your work with S4T.
